I purchased an Asus notebook computer from B&H and it hasn't worked right since the day I got it. And I didn't realize they only offer 15-day returns. Stupid me. They told me today to fix it myself by reinstalling the operating system and all the other software. So I tried to do it. But they didn't provide any of the activation keys for the pre-installed software (except Windows). So after hours and hours, and days and days of wasted time, I still have a computer I can't use...
