I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. I've spent a total of 12 hours of my time in 6 separate tech calls with their tech center in India, but its rather obvious they are not familiar with this product. All I'm trying to do is view my Hotmail (Microsoft) HTML messages in Outlook 2010 (64 bit) but I can only view them in Text only rather than HTML.
