Wow..is all I can say about the terrible customer service provided by Chase Credit Card Services!! I just returned from a trip to Asia. Before I had left, I called Chase let them know I would be using their card overseas. I was gone for a total of three weeks. Midway through my trip, I was trying to check into a hotel in Taiwan (it was approx. 9:00 pm). When I gave them my card, they said it was declined.
