These folks are the ugly worst. Same as I've read many times over on this site and too many others about their harassing tactics. These people have called my employer, berated them, called my mother, berated her and all for an overdue credit card payment that I had every intention of paying. I ended up being routed to them when I was trying to make payment arrangements with my CC company - Citi.
