Ordered item on 12/14/2010 & NEVER received product. I called 262-293-6709 numerous times & NEVER received a call back. I emailed Treasure Seekers numerous times & finally received a response from Michelle Mazur informing me of "owner health problems" was the companys issue. I asked for a full refund & was promised via email on February 9, 2011 by Michelle Mazur. Still no refund to date.
