We purchased a GE washer from the Sears in Sarasota, with the extended warranty. Less than 4 months into usage of about 4 times a week, the transmission grinds when washing clothes. We called the Sears service department and get continual voicemail. No one returns the calls, the nois is so loud that the whole neighborhood can hear.
