I was contacted by this company after a drawing I entered at a baseball game. The woman was overly excited, claiming I had won a drawing for a free vacation getaway. Yay, I thought! Her name was Alyssa, and she explained that this was a "one time only" call and proceeded to explain details while being overly nice and cracking lighthearted jokes. She asked me if I had a husband or significant other in the room and asked that he also be put on the call.
