EMCare failed to properly file a medical bill to my insurance company in proper way and have refused to fix the problem. Instead they sent the bill to a collection agency. Henceforth my credit was hit and I had to pay the bill out of my own pocket. I have called several times with no proper action taken on their behalf. They have been sarcastic and demeaning in their comments, not apologizing nor showing any remorse. Please help! read full review »
