Ordered on 4/21/2011 with delivery date of 4/26/2011 but no delivery as of 4/28/2011, so I called customer service to find out why order was never shipped but yet FTD charged my credit card even though item was never shipped. They apologized and said they would reship and that the order should be delivered by 5/5/2011 but still no delivery as of 5/7/2011. So I called again only to find that they still had not yet shipped my order. I had enough so I asked for a refund.
