Like several others here, I have a large charge that I processed through IMS. Been a customer for 2 years, never had a chargeback, never had any issue whatsoever. They demanded an invoice, sent it. They couldn't get the fax, email-ed it. They demanded bank statements. Again a bad fax, so emailed that. Called and asked for the supervisor. Told me the supervisor was unavailable. LOL.
