I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new one in December 2010. I took my tolltag out of the old car and put it in my new car. In March I began receiving zipcash invoices, which is for people without a tolltag. I went online to change the license plate associated with my account, and was surprised to see that tolls had been charged on my account, triggered by my old license plate, despite the fact that the tolltag was not in the old vehicle.
