I have been a loyal customer for T-mobile since 2007 and it seems like they keep getting worse every time they slap all these unknown charges and make your paper bill look like it is in a foreign language I have upgraded my phone and everything was fine until my new phone was sent to me and I had a second line on it I did not ask for a second line.
