Paid over $2700 for their high-line mattress set in cash in 2009. Both sides...the edges seem to sag. It doesn't matter what is wrong with anyones purchase or complaint, because the complaint goes thru a process that is just absolutely crazy. Jorge will send you the warranty forms to fill out and then the next step is to PAY $89 EACH WAY to have the matteress sent to the factory in Colton so they can open it up and decide if it needs repairing or replacement.
