we had a garage and carport fire. Our insurance adjuster called in Serv pro to come in and deep clean our house, shampoo carpets.My husband was at the house daily working with everyone who was here. Serv Pro moved our refrigerator without putting anything under it to protect the hardwood floors. When they did this they put gouges and scartches in the floor.
