"Healthclns" is the "merchant" who bills your credit card company for the trays. The trays are all the same but have different company names. Cleanwhites is one and DazzeSmile is another. They try to confuse you and say that they are not affiliated with one another, yet their "merchant" is the same. I canceled with DazzeSmile who agreed that I had ordered the trays along with the gel applicator. They canceled my order and gave me a cancelation #.
