This is ridiculous, we tried to pay a travel package by the split option online first (2 cards), it did not go thru so we called the help line, then we tried paying it with only 1 card via phone and for some reason that is still not clearly explained to me, transaction did not go thru again yet it managed to block 3 of my cards (SO FAR) so after about 40 mins on the phone i realized the problem wasnt going to be solved any time soon so I asked the agent to CANCEL ALL PENDING TRANSACTIONS, still not sure if this was done as the transaction... read full review »
