I went to the CVS in Quincy MA(Beale Street) yesterday to pick up three prescriptions...the same ones I pick up every month. The clerk informed me that the co-pay on one was very high, when he showed it to me it was $103.99 almost $100 more then I usually pay. He eventually explained that it needed to have prior approval. When I asked why I wasn't notified BEFORE it was refilled he went and asked the pharmacist who said "sorry, I should have been called".
