Daughter recieved a Walmart MoneyCard as a birthday gift. In order to activate the card she was required to enter her Social Security number, then was notified a guardian was needeed. In further phone calls with representatives in the Phillipines we (guardian) were asked for social, phone, birthdate and e-mail. Obviously a cheap way for Walmart to collect personal information from several sources. This should be investigated immediately. read full review »
