Avoid Hotwire. Hotwire is very misleading on hotel reservations. Star ratings are based on customer reviews. I requested a 3 star hotel and was given a hotel that is lacking amenites and rated a 2 star on other sites. When I called to complain and was repeatedly told that all reservations are final . Customer service is non existance and reservation was only a 8.00 saving off the price the hotel was offering. I will never use them again and highly suggest avoiding Hotwire.com read full review »
