Complaint as posted on BP Website: Sir / Madam, On May 8th 2011, I had pumped 13.364 gallons of gas (grade: Gold) from pump #17 at BP site ID: 00008740177 ( 945 N Battlefield Chesapeake VA). The auto-shutoff clip mechanism on the lever had malfunctioned leading to an overflow. This is a true fire hazard!!! As a vigilant customer I immediately released the clip.
