When I first initiated services through Earthlink for DSL service it was bad from the start. That should of been my sign. My account was billed before I even received my box and I was paying for service that I couldn't even access. After 12 months (found out later it was) my account was billed for 29.95 a ten dollar difference than what I agreed upon.
