I bought a Whirlpool Fron Load Washer in Feburary of 2010 and in Sept. of 2010 it stopped working. I called the Sears repair service and they came out and said it was some computer board. They had to order it. They then came out and replaced the board on Sept.17th. I decided then that it would be wise to get the extended warrenty. In January it again wouldn't work properly and was eating my clothes. the came out and again had to order parts. The parts came in and by the the time they came out the pump had gone out.
