I continually received pop-up boxes stating that my Anti-Virus software license had expried and I needed to renew as soon as possible. I ordered the security but was unable to install it on my computer. The company processed the charge $of 55.95 on March 24, 2011 on my credit card. On April 19, 2011 I attempted again to install the security and was directed to provide the credit card information a second time which I did on a different account in the amount of $55.95 but was again unable to install the security.
