I have place an order on typicaldutchstuff.com on 19th Apirl 2011, after I placed sucessfully, I have notice that many Chinese people have not received their order from typicaldutchstuff.com but paid, most of them saying typicaldutchstuff.com is a cheating store. So I write a mail to typicaldutchstuff.com that I would cancel my order, but only auto reply is back to me. Today I find my order status is showed as is closed successfully, so I check with my credit bank which reply to me that typicaldutchstuff.com is already taking my money! what'a this action called as?
