I made a payment through their website and received a confirmation number and all. They neglected to contact me and say that they had a problem with the payment or even a simple call about the past due bill. Now they want 2 months up front which is $162.00 and they still won't pick up the garbage till the next pick up day. Nothing but problems with this company in Oregon, however they have a monopoly on the city I live in so you're screwed for better service. So now I'm forced to start loading up my trailer and taking the garbage in myself, because I just can't take the BULLSHIT anymore! read full review »
