I ordered a Mothers Day boquette for my wife to be from my 4 year old daughter and me. The product title is Better Homes and Gardens Spring Tulips. When you order online you are able to upgrade your arrangement "Good" "Better" or "Best". I upgraded to "Best". Regardless of the upgrade the flowers delievered are old, decaying, petals are falling off and 3 stems short of what the product description says we should receive.
