1800 Flowers not only failed to deliver 2 of 3 of my flower arrangements but they are also an un-American company. The original person that takes your order is wonderful and just so happens is an American. You think that everything is ok. Then someone calls you back stating that some of the orders will not be able to be delivered. So you have to call them back IN INDIA!!! Everyone you talk to is Indonesian. The reception is horrible!!! They are unfamiliar with policies and procedures. It took me two days to finally cancel the 2 orders that they weren't going to be able to fill.
