On Thursday, May 5, 2011 I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered on Saturday, May 7, 2011 to the home of my brother in Florida, where my Mom was staying. Saturday came and went without delivery, of which I was informed of by my brother late Saturday night. Again, no delivery of the flowers the next day, on Mother's Day.
