Similar to other complaints, Clear continued to bill my credit card for four months after I cancelled my service. Note - I cancelled my service because I moved to an area that Clear confirmed was within their service area, but after I moved, I was no longer able to get a signal. Essentially, I was in a "dead zone" apparently. I cancelled my service (there was no mention of a re-stocking or cancellation fee), was provided UPS return labels via email which I used to ship the equipment back to clear (one motem and one mobile broadband... read full review »
