I sent my used cellphone in to this company, I had used them before with no issue, but this has been going on now for almost a full year (see below), I've never received my refeund for the phone they kept and the emails I send regarding the transaction are the same over and over again it's pending etc etc...I would like my refund or my phone back and nothing, there isn't even a place on website to send a "NORMAL" email or a phone # to contact, this is just ridiculous the amount of time that has gone by with no... read full review »
