Spa cover failed in 4 months. Apparently some kind of air or gas is trapped within the plastic sheeting around the core causing the cover to bulge in hot weather. They refused to discuss our warranty claim on the phone-they require you to use email only. They required us to take all kinds of photos of the cover, most of which had nothing to do with the problem. They then complained the photos weren't big enough, so we resubmitted them.
