My complaint with your customer service is that I got charged 99.00 charge to my checking account and I have called them several times and I got an operator to leave a message and a customer service rep would contact me well they did and told me that they couldn't give me a refund until they received fund and verification of that and could take 15 days to clear and then another five day to be credited back to my account, well I have went to my bank and got a bank statment and it shows them being paid. and I think they are lying and they... read full review »
