I ordered a pair of Ugg Classic Sundance II Boots on 20th December 2010 from this website. They were a christmas present to me from my husband. My order was confirmed with an order number and a total price of £63.40. However, on checking my bank statement I was actually debited a total of £76.77 on 22 December 2010. I knew I wouldn't receive the boots before Christmas. Being somewhat concerned I have sent several emails but have heard nothing further and I have still not received the boots. I have since tried to get back onto the website but alas it seems they no longer exist! I cannot afford to lose £76.77. read full review »
