On January 5, 2011 I contracted with Sandy Gardner FL. Lic#TP6798 for the rental or sale of my Lawrence Welk's Desert Oasis timeshare. I paid $700.00 to Gold Crown Property Management and received a "Certificate of Performance Guarantee" good for 18 months. My phone calls have not been returned in over a month and now a recording tells me that that telephone # is no longer in service. They have not lived up to my contracts.
