I received the 2nd call today from Card Holder Services. As soon as you express anything other than "sign me up", they immediately hang up on you. I understand that they are in violation of FCC Order DA-07-977A1 (2007), which was the citation issued on 2007-03-02. Please make them stop. read full review »
