requested answer to a hvac refrigeration question, paid for same, and did'nt receive any answer.Needless to say I am mad. You claim to be a fortune 500 co. Is this the actions of such a company? I am surprised they havent gotten You with mail fraud or some class action. Is there any recourse. Every page you enter on your site is a dead end. You can't even ask a question. How ironic.
