This website...along with many other bridal websites seems to be something like a broker for items. You THINK you are buying the product from them but really, you are buying from another company/website. My order took FOREVER to ship!!! And communication was terrible. After my order was placed, I received a confirmation email. After that...I waited and waited! After one week, I emailed them to give me info on the status! They said my order would ship the next day.
