Social Outbreak is a 3x7 Matrix Ponzi Scam Started by Scott Alvin. Founder of the Scam TVI which went under. They are charging $50 a month for what. Anyone involved will be sorry. They (Social Outbreak) are claiming it is endorsed by the founders of Facebook stating that if you join Social Outbreak you will get all this business. They are saying if you have a facebook fan page and use Social Outbreak all this business will come to you. NOT true.
