This is my second complaint. For over two years I have not receive a statement from these people on my car loan. I have tried calling them and all I get is a message from the operator saying that phone is no longer in service. On the second phone there is no answer. I have emailed them and the email address is not accepted. I emailed a differente address and still no response. I wrote them letters and have not received any reply. This is very aggravating. I will not send in my next payment and see if they are going to take actions against me... read full review »
