April 18th 2011 purchased a Samsung Freeform phone particularly for email purposes and made that clear to the merchant( ID#7100837) who advised that if I go with their $50.00 per month plan I would have unlimited web and email access. After trying to get the phone to work for me numerous times from the email perspective I returned to the store to find out what was wrong.
