i placed a work order with sony on the 19th for service on an mp3 player that had a 90 day warrenty on it and too my surprise the play lasted 90 day!. i sent the player in for repair on the 19 and after 8 days i called because it was suppose to be an exchang for another player for the low cost of 39.99 . so i get the service center on the phone and im told thay had not recived the player when infact it had been there on the 22 nd and no one had got it out of the mail. so i was told that a rush was being put on it and i'd get it by the end... read full review »
