The absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to deal with. Do not order anything from them. I received notification via my email that an order had been placed in my name at midnight on a Friday. I called efaucet to cancel the order first thing Saturday morning, and told them it was a fraudulent purchase. They refused to cancel the order, as they stated it it was "in-stock." I called Bill Me Later to request no charges be made on my account, and they told me that all I could do was dispute the charge after it went through. Who operates that way?
