I purchased a #7 meal. The crispy chicken club had expired lettuce on it. I have taken pictures of this lettuce. Please see attached. This is very disturbing to me due to the risk of Ecoli or just overall food posioning. What really upsets me is that my daughter and I had the same exact sandwhich and the only reason I saw this was becauseit had to much mayo on the sandwhich. So in other words, I would have ate food that was bad with the potential of causing bodly harm. I want to know what is McDonalds going to do about this before I pursue other measures.
