I have all ways trusted your prouducts and most everything in T>V>s, Stero's VCR last year went out and bought 2 -32 hdtv model LC320EM82S the frist one was repaired in march and was under warantee and now in april the other has gone out also and the 1 year warantee is out if thats the best you can do I will not buy anything else from your company I am Very disapointed in your comp.
