I have filed a complaint with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. I was told by the DCA, that Xelent Staffing is not licensed and therefore, the department can't take any legal action against them, so to recover my money, I would have to take them to Court. The DCA representative said, that the DCA will visit the site and fine Xelent Staffing. I was further informed, that the DCA attepmted on my occassions to contact Xelent Staffing without any success. Pleas don't use this Staffing Agency and the smooth talking Kenson Hunte, they are nothing more that a group of conmen and conwomen. It is a same. read full review »
