This contractor is responsive before you sign the contract. Once you do, however, he does not do the work when promised, doesn't answer calls if he recognizes your number. When you do trick him into answering your call (call from unknown number) he lies about when he will show up, and then doesn't anyway. Do not use this contractor. read full review »
