The vartec rep said we used their service.We did not use and had no contract with them.They simply said we made call and had to pay.This was on our ATT bill and happened in the past.This company should be investigated for fraud and consumer abuse. First my wife called and she told me the rep she spoke with told her the you made call and have to pay, and we have contract. I did not believe it so I called and sure enough the same answer was given to me from rep who would not give his name only William. read full review »
