We are in the middle of losing our home like so many other Americans and I cannot believe what just happened. This law office filed phony paperwork to the US Bankruptcy Court saying that we owned 1% of a property in San Diego. This was done on behalf of One West Bank and Deutche Bank. We have never owned property there and have never even been to California before. We are in the middle of Bankruptcy and they are trying to become a creditor through these bogus tactics.
