We placed an order for four items via ATG website on 2/27/2011. We received several updates informing us that items had shipped. A faucet (Mico Designs Ltd) availability was not confirmed by the vendor and no expected ship date was noted on 3/1/2011; 3/2/2011. No email updates were received for the faucet. We called on 3/8/2011 and spoke with a representative, Jason, who could not confirm a ship date.
