This has happend to me to, I was lied and cheated, They say that the discount rate will be 1.29%, but all my discounts on an average were 3-4% and when confronted, I was told that the discount rate varies if a different card is used. I understand if it was little +-, however I was told 1.29 and I am being charged 4%, Also we have lost almost all chargebacks when people order and falsely claims they didnot order.
